Erico specialises in flotation circuit mass balancing, modelling and simulation, and the use of these techniques to evaluate flotation loss mechanisms, circuit configuration, and circuit optimum feed-grind size.
He has participated in a number of consulting projects globally, involving process integration and optimisation (mine-to-mill), greenfield design, expansions, throughput and recovery forecasting, and geometallurgical modelling. Erico has also worked on the development of resource and eco-efficient mining and minerals processing plants, looking at coarse particle flotation alternatives and flotation cell hydrodynamics optimisation.
